Orietta was such a spunky and informative teacher. We all had a great time and learned a lot; instructions were very beginner friendly and Orietta was engaged and hilarious the entire time. Highly recommend booking if you want a casual cooking class where you can drink and eat everything you create!

My partner and I had such a fun and engaging experience! Everything was hands-on, with clear instructions and detailed explanations throughout. Amber was incredibly helpful and patient, stepping in right when our pasta-making skills needed a little guidance. All the food turned out absolutely delicious — and, of course, we loved the bottomless wine! Highly recommend this experience!

Antonio was a phenomenal teacher! He took time to show everyone in the class the intricate details of making pasta and tiramisu. He answered everyone’s questions and worked through some initial shyness we all felt. The food was delicious and the company was fabulous. We can’t recommend the class, and Antonio, enough!

Phenomenal cooking class in Florence! Narghess was the best - patient, informative, and helpful. We made tiramisu, tagliatelle, and ravioli - almost all from scratch (ravioli filling was already made for us thankfully). Also unlimited prosecco and red/white wine while we cooked and ate. Highly recommend this experience!

This was a wonderfully fun and educational class. Held in the back of a beautiful restaurant, we made tiramisu and 2 types of pasta. Then we ate the raviolis we made with butter and sage and the noodles with a red sauce. So delicious. Prosecco was available throughout the class and our guide, Narghess, made the whole experience. She was exited to teach us and so funny and personable. She truly made it so great!

Such a lovely experience to cook pasta and tiramisu with our lovely guide Marcos. With the patience of a saint. 🤩 The food turned out absolutely amazing. I recommend this experience to everyone visiting Florenz. The only thing I would suggest improvement on is what is offered to those who do not drink alcohol. The others were drinking wine, brut and limoncello but I was only offered water even though they said a mix of options would be offered beforehand.

Great experience overall! Ambar was a phenomenal teacher who did a great job of bringing humor into the experience that made it even more memorable. We made tagliatelle and ravioli with tiramisu for dessert (which was all quite delicious!!). The restaurant it was in cooked our pasta and we all enjoyed it together as a group.

We did the cooking class with our two young children (8 and 10) and had a blast!! It was fun and educational. Jacobo was our teacher and he was extremely knowledgeable and funny and very pleasant to spend a few hours with. I’d highly recommend the cooking class!!

Great cooking class with Bogdan! I took the pasta and tiramisu class, both were delicious! It was definitely a bit labor intensive, but worth taking the class to learn from an Italian chef. Would definitely recommend!

Went as five friends and had an amazing experience with Marco - such good value for the fun we had cooking pasta and tiramisu, drinking wine, learning about the history of the dishes and enjoying the fruits of our labor at the end. So so so happy we took the cooking class!!! We wanted to do something other than sightseeing while we were in Italy and the cooking classes with Ámbar were absolutely perfect!! We learned how to make tiramisu, ravioli and fettuccini! Ámbar was the best!!! The entire table was perfectly set for all of us, with everything we were going to need. Ámbar was super patient with a class of 10 people, all with varying skills. She was super funny, she made the class very easy to follow, she explained everything perfectly and she was constantly checking in with everyone. Highly recommend!!! We had what we made during class for dinner and it was great, which means the class was a success!!

I was hoping to share my Italian heritage with my children and grandchildren. One of the things I thought would be wonderful to share is a cooking class. We did our cooking class today and made homemade ravioli and pasta and tiramisu. Adam was our chef and he was so kind, patient and considerate. He was able to answer all of our questions and taught us so much he made our vacation worthwhile.

We absolutely loved this tour! Sarah was fantastic—funny, entertaining, and full of energy. The group we joined was incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We may not have become experts in the past, but we definitely ate and drank more than enough to make up for it! :)

We did the Florence pasta cooking class and tiramisu and it was amazing. We had Kat who was fabulous and fun. We made friends and had dinner with a great bunch of people. Truly a memorable expense and Kat was a huge part of that. The food was delicious and the company even better. Book this class now!

We took a class in Florence with Bogdan at Beccafico restaurant and it was a truly an amazing experience! We have learned how to make two types of pasta (tagliatelle and ravioli) and tiramisu. All in surrounding of prosecco and wine 🙂 Bogdan is best in class - funny and explains a lot. Even answers though questions 😄 I reccomend with my whole heart and definitely will be back!

We had a fantastic time in the tiramisu- and pasta-making class with Filipe! It was the perfect activity to enjoy with our whole family, and we loved every minute of it. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and friendly, making everyone feel right at home. Filipe's teaching style was spot on - he moved at an ideal pace, allowing everyone to absorb the information and complete each task without feeling rushed or bored. His explanations were clear, concise, and patient, and he was always on hand to lend a helping hand when needed. We were impressed with the delicious creations we made, and our homemade ravioli, pasta and tiramisu turned out amazingly well. It was great to enjoy them at the end of the class. We're so grateful for this fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, educational, and tasty adventure with family or friends. Grazie mille, Filipe!

We had a wonderful time with Miriam in the food tour. She was VERY helpful as we made Tiramisu, ravioli, and Tagliatelle. She was is very helpful and speaks English (if you need it).

This was a highlight of our trip to Florence! We had a class with Marcos and he did a wonderful job explaining how to cook things while also making it a fun experience all around. The wine was good but the food and recipes were divine. Love that we got the recipes afterwards so I can take a little piece of Italy home

Great evening making pasta and tiramisu, Giulia was an amazing teacher, definitely a highlight of my trip to Florence

I originally tried to post this months ago. I just realized today, that it had failed to post. The class was in October 2024. Highly recommended! This was the BEST class! Giulia was wonderful!! We personally had an issue with our transportation through Florence and thought we were going to be too late. Giulia called me and helped us get to the right spot. She immediately put us at ease and the class was underway! The other participants were so understanding and easy going! We laughed, drank Prosecco, made tiramisu, made pasta dough, then rolled it out using a pasta maker. We made two types of pasta, a ravioli and tagliatelle. We sat down while the pastas were prepared and just enjoyed everyone’s company. It was such a fun group of people and our fearless leader, Giulia was aMaZiNg!! She had us laughing and joking around. The food was served and we were all surprised at how great it tasted! I can not wait to try this at home. I’m sure without Giulia guidance and sweet stories of her grandmother it won’t be the same, but you better believe I will be trying!! This was the highlight of our trip and one of the most memorable nights for sure! Thank you so much!!

This cooking class was the highlight of our trip. Pasta, tiramisu and all the wine! A must when you're in Florence. We couldn't wait to bring this experience home and make pasta with our family.
